Author's Bio

Rathin Bhattacharjee graduated from Calcutta University. He joined the BCSC (Bhutan Civil Service Commission) as an English Teacher in 1990. Awarded His Majesty's Gold Medal for Lifetime Achievement in Teaching (2018), he has been published and anthologised extensively. His novel, "The Damon in Doctor's Disguise" on Web Novel has won critical acclaim. His collection of short stories entitled “ I Love You in the ICU & 20 Other Stories” was nominated for the prestigious Legacy of Literature Award, 2025. He has won The Best Fiction Writer Award a number of times. His sixth novel entitled “Mejdi” is scheduled to be released in 2026. Rathin Bhattacharjee has recently been honoured with The Bharat Kavi Ratna Award, 2025 by Blue Star Publications. He loves writing, blogging, translating, critiquing and editing.
