3 Brains Intelligence

The Hidden Neuroscience That Explains Why You Do What You Do You have tried discipline. You have tried habits, affirmations, and willpower. And yet the same patterns keep returning. This is not a motivation problem. It is a biology problem. You are not broken. You have been trying to think your way out of a problem that was never just in your head. 3 Brains Intelligence explains a simple but overlooked truth: you do not have one brain making decisions. You have 3 Brains. If change were only a mindset issue, even intelligent and capable people would not keep repeating the same patterns under pressure. But they do. Burnout returns. People-pleasing resurfaces. Overthinking overrides action. Your Head Brain is the strategist: logic, planning, analysis. Your Heart Brain is the connector: emotions, courage, relationships. Your Gut Brain fuels action, power, and drive. Each has its own neurons, memories, and priorities. These 3 Brains evolved to work together. When they don’t, misalignment creates the quiet chaos many people live with every day. Under pressure, the strongest brain silently takes over, regardless of insight, values, or good intentions. That is why: • insight does not lead to change • burnout keeps returning • people-pleasing resurfaces • overthinking overrides action This book explains why. Drawing on neuroscience and three decades of real-world work with leaders and professionals, Christoffel G. Sneijders reveals the hidden biology behind why you do what you do, through real stories that will feel uncomfortably familiar. This is not another method to follow. It is a map of how your system actually works. Once you understand which brain is leading inside you, change stops being a battle of discipline and becomes a leadership task. This book is for leaders, coaches, and professionals who are done trying harder and ready to work with their biology instead of against it. Change is not a character flaw. It is a leadership challenge. Lead your 3 Brains, or they will lead you.
