ABCreeps

Ghosts, ghouls and a cast of cheerful monsters take readers through the alphabet, one letter at a time. Each of the twenty-six letters is paired with a bright, colorful illustration of a creature or a spooky idea, so the book works both for learning the alphabet for the first time and for a fresh look at familiar letters.

Every picture comes with a short original poem that helps young readers build everyday vocabulary. The tone stays light, so the book is meant to be enjoyed by all ages rather than to frighten anyone. Its sturdy, display-worthy look means it can also sit on a coffee table.
