Absolute torture!

Jess's mum has finally given in and organised a trip to see Jess's dad. The timing could hardly be worse. Jess has only just got together with Fred, and in a wonderfully romantic gesture he has scraped together enough money to buy them both tickets to the hottest music festival around.

Instead of going to the festival with Fred, Jess finds herself stuck on a road trip with her mum and her grandmother.

The book is part of Sue Limb's Jess Jordan series, which follows a teenage girl's love life and family troubles in a comic, chatty tone.
