After the Snap

Alayna has loved her best friend Dom for years. After his latest scandal, she decides she can no longer watch him hook up with models and actresses while she stays on the sidelines, and she tries to end the friendship. Dom refuses to let her go, and when she finally confesses her feelings, he responds by asking her to play his fake girlfriend as a PR stunt to repair his image.

The story is told from both points of view. Dominic, a football player who is quick on the field but slow to work through his own emotions, never expected her confession. Once he is made to face the feelings he has ignored, he sees all the ways he has let Alayna down and made her feel less than the most important person in his life. He gives himself six months to show her he is worth another chance and to prove that he loves her as much as she loves him.

After the Snap is a steamy, best-friends-to-lovers sports romance that stands alone. It is the sixth book in the LA Wolves Football series.
