Awenydd

The opening chapter is optional, and the author admits that readers may wish to skip it, partly because it reflects an earlier stage of the writing. Every poem from the second chapter onward was composed after MOONSTRUCK came out at the close of March 2020. The author describes a fairly prolific period and says that creative inspiration arrives at unpredictable times and in unusual ways.

Some of the poems may be considered offensive, and the author cheerfully accepts that this is the reader's concern. The cheeky, irreverent humour that went quiet over the last couple of years is beginning to return.

The author hopes that at least one poem will strike a chord with readers or prompt a sudden flash of understanding. The next book in progress is GROWING OLD DISGRACEFULLY.
