About this book
Audrey Lee has made the United States Olympic gymnastics team. Only a year earlier she could barely do a push-up while recovering from a spine surgery that might have left her paralyzed. Now she is on the team alongside her best friend, Emma, which is exactly what the two of them dreamed of since they were children.
The pressure to be perfect is already intense when terrible news tears the team apart. A teammate has been hurt by the person they all trusted most, and Audrey is determined to speak up for her. Not every gymnast on the team is willing to back her.
The one good thing about training is Leo, the very cute son of the team's new coach. Audrey knows she probably should not date him until after the games, but she wonders whether it would really be so terrible. With fragile relationships among her teammates and enormous expectations on her shoulders, she has no room for more distractions, and she is set on not letting anyone drag the team down.
With painful revelations, long odds and the constant risk of a fall, the question is whether Audrey's determination will be enough.
