Campus Player

Rowan Michaels has a fan club that would make any campus celebrity envious at Western University. He is the football team's standout, and his reputation off the field is just as talked about. Students crowd the bleachers at practice, turn up at parties where he might appear, and follow him from building to building. The narrator finds the whole spectacle a bit much. She has her studies and her place on the soccer team, and she has no interest in joining the crowd of admirers, though she admits he is easy to look at.

Avoiding Rowan is not so simple. He is the star quarterback of her father's team, he is a regular at the family's Wednesday night dinners, and he shares her major, which means they keep ending up in the same classes. The guy she most wants to keep her distance from is the one she can't seem to escape.

But she starts to wonder whether the reputation is wrong. Perhaps Rowan is not the player she assumed he was, and a secret he carries could change how the two of them see each other. This standalone New Adult romance contains strong language and sexual content and is intended for readers over 18.
