Chemistry

This course book is built around the OxfordAQA International AS and A Level Chemistry specification (9620), first taught from September 2016. Its authors aim to make complex ideas clear, with an international perspective and plenty of exam-style questions to help students feel prepared for assessment.

Beyond the content of the syllabus, the book works on the scientific, mathematical and practical abilities that students need for OxfordAQA exams and for the move to university. Synoptic links help students see how topics connect, and examples show how scientists and engineers use chemistry in everyday applications.

The package includes a printed textbook and an online edition that can be used on a range of devices. The online licence covers one student or teacher and runs until 31 December 2026. Login details arrive by post on a printed access card.
