Counterfeit Son

Cameron Miller now goes by Neil Lacey, a name he adopted to put distance between himself and his father's wrongdoing and to leave behind a life that had become unbearable. At first, living as a wealthy teenager who spends his days sailing seemed like a manageable plan.

Then Cougar, a former associate of his father, tracks him down with an ultimatum: share the money or have his true identity exposed. The story asks whether Cameron will give up the life he has built to protect the family of Neil, or whether his determination to start over will end up harming the people around him.
