Dawes

How long would you be willing to sacrifice your love for duty? Dawes has kept his love for the alluring Sefa a secret for the last three years at her request, but it hasn’t been easy since his job is to provide security detail for her brother, Hashim! If it was up to him, Dawes would have already pursued a relationship with this generous, fun, and caring woman, but Sefa knows her family wouldn’t be thrilled, and she isn’t ready to risk Dawes’ position guarding her brother. As their tryst takes them to numerous places around the globe, Dawes’ love for Sefa grows, as does his need to attend confession with his priest. The discretion and caution their affair requires makes it increasingly difficult for Dawes, a nice, rule-following guy, leaving him questioning if he will have to choose love over career. For fans of Sweet Caroline , DAWES is the perfect companion, filling in the gaps and telling more of Caroline and Hashim’s love story through a dual timeline. There is no shortage of action, adventure, and romance for the reader wishing to escape into a world of intrigue and high stakes.
