Diper Överlöde

This is the seventeenth title in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, and Greg Heffley is the one keeping the diary. He signs on to tag along with his older brother Rodrick's band, Löded Diper, and soon finds that life in a rock group means late nights, gigs that pay nothing, bickering among the members, and money problems.

As Greg gets pulled deeper into the band's world, the central question is whether he can help the group earn the legendary reputation it imagines for itself, or whether spending so much time with Rodrick's bandmates will prove to be more than he can handle.

The story is told through Greg's diary entries, and Jeff Kinney, who wrote the series, also illustrates the books with cartoon drawings throughout.
