Done Gone

Hannah Ives is expecting Peter and Trish Young, friends who have lived beside her for many years, to join her for an evening of Italian cooking. When they never appear, she discovers that the couple have seemingly dropped out of sight entirely. Did they simply leave in a hurry, or has something far more troubling happened?

Then Trish calls Hannah, and they arrange to meet. The woman who arrives is wearing a disguise so thorough that Hannah barely recognises her, and the reunion soon takes a turn that leaves Hannah shaken.

Determined to help her friend, Hannah begins looking into Trish's background and uncovers a trail of dark findings and hidden dealings linked to influential political figures. As the danger grows and Hannah's own life is at risk, the story asks whether she can work through Trish's past in time to learn who is determined to silence her, and why.
