Dragon spear

Dragon Spear is the third book in Jessica Day George's Dragon Slippers series, following Dragon Slippers and Dragon Flight. Everything seems right in Creel's world. The dragon king, Shardas, and his queen, Velika, have settled comfortably on the Far Isles, and humans and dragons appear to be at peace. It is an ideal moment for Creel to plan her wedding to Prince Luka.

Then Velika is kidnapped, and Creel and Luka set off to rescue her. This is their most dangerous adventure yet, and a bridal-gown fiasco may also threaten the wedding plans. Creel would never give up her friendship with the dragons, but she wonders whether every girl deserves a happily ever after.
