Drama

Callie dreams of the stage but knows her singing voice would never earn her a spot in the spring musical, Moon over Mississippi. Instead, she joins the stage crew as its set designer, aiming to build something that could pass for a Broadway production with very little money. Her plans run into trouble fast. She has little experience with carpentry, ticket sales are slipping, and the crew cannot seem to pull together.

Backstage tensions grow even messier once the cast is picked, with rivalries and drama spilling across the stage and beyond it. Things get more complicated still when two brothers, Justin and Jesse, become part of Callie's world.
