Draw down the Moon

Wren Nightingale was never supposed to have powers. She was born to magickal parents but not under a moon sign, which meant a life as a Mundane. Then she begins to glow on her eighteenth birthday, and everything changes. She is soon leaving home for the Academia de la Luna, a secret magickal school on a hidden island off the Seattle coast.

Lee Young has always known he would attend the Academia. He has to pass the trials, impress the Moon Council and uphold his family's reputation. What he did not expect was to be studying alongside the girl he has secretly loved for as long as he can remember.

As Wren and Lee are pulled into the school's grueling trials, they sense that something is different and dangerous about this year. Wren must find her way through a web of secrets, prophecies and murder, while Lee has to decide whom to protect: his family's legacy or the girl he loves.

The book opens a duology from P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast, the mother-daughter authors of the House of Night series, set in a dark magickal world of danger and romance.
