Drawing From Your Memory 2

Mahoro Haruta is a celebrated manga artist with a secret. Her debut hit, the series that made her career, was built from ideas in a notebook left behind by Yukishima, the only other member of her high school manga club, who died months after they met. Success has never felt like hers, and the guilt has followed her into adulthood.

Then Mahoro is suddenly thrown back in time. Seeing a chance to make things right, she uses what she knows of the future to help Yukishima chase his dream of drawing manga himself. She is sure she is making the right choices, but he dies anyway, and this time even sooner than before.

Just as she begins to fear that her interference made everything worse, she wakes up in the past once more, with Yukishima alive again. Is she caught in a time loop? And if so, how does she break it without one wrong move leading to another loss?

This time-skip story mixes humor with grief, and weaves together art, friendship and love. It is by Shiki Kawabata, the creator behind the Netflix miniseries Switched, and the series runs five volumes in total. This is volume 2.
