Du Dance

Du Dance is the ninth and final book in the Growing Up Barely Boomer series by S. D. Buhr. It tells a story that repeats every year in high schools everywhere: two sweethearts who have been together since they were fourteen.

The couple have been through good times and bad, and they believe the fairy tale romance they have imagined and built will survive anything. In their minds, they are meant to live happily ever after, side by side.

As graduation draws near, the pressure builds and real life starts to intrude. Once the caps and gowns are put away, they have to face their situation honestly. Their love holds, and they cling to the hope that comes with it, wondering whether some fairy tales do come true.
