Empire

From Alaska's boozing, brawling boomtowns to the graft-ridden pipeline and lawless frontier, the Cole dynasty was spawned from blood and money, cursed by the Midas touch... Jeremiah , the patriarch, staked his claim to an empire torn from the wilderness and ruled it with arrogant pride. Josh , his son the senator gave up the family empire to follow a political dream. Kelly ColeO'Keefe , fiery granddaughter, new mistress to the passionate family greed, suddenly ruled the Cole empire. Will , mercenary grandson, the dethroned heir, used his genius for oil and his appetite for women to fulfill a selfish need. Chris O'Keefe , the outsider, fell victim to love and treachery in this land of searing cold, where black gold gushed in waves in violence.
