Enamored

Seth Sinclair, like his brothers and sisters, went from working-class roots to billionaire status almost overnight. Now he wants to put his fortune into construction, the field he knows best. The one obstacle is a stretch of prime oceanfront land where endangered birds nest. Standing in his way is Riley Montgomery, an environmental attorney who is determined, outspoken, and striking to look at.

Seth has an unusual solution. He offers Riley a pretend role as his girlfriend. If she keeps socially ambitious women away from him, he will leave the wildlife sanctuary alone. Riley accepts, but on her own terms: no groping and absolutely no sex. Seth doesn't care for her rules, yet he agrees to keep to them, at least until she chooses otherwise. The attraction between them is hard to ignore, and the fake relationship grows more complicated as the two spend time together.

Riley's past soon resurfaces in ways neither of them anticipated. The stakes shift from breaking rules to risking hearts, and Seth is prepared to do whatever it takes to protect the woman he loves.

This is the third novel by New York Times bestselling author J.S. Scott, and it follows Seth's story. It is part of the series known as Accidental Billionaires, which the source also lists as The American Billionaires.
