Excess Baggage

Anviksha Punjabi is having a bad stretch. Her second marriage is ending, her friendships are thinning out, and she keeps getting into trouble at work. On top of that, she is sharing her home with her loud, overbearing 67-year-old mother. Fearing she will fall apart completely if things carry on this way, Anviksha decides she needs a break, and she imagines a Bollywood-style solo trip across Europe. What she does not plan for is her mother, Smita, insisting on coming too. The two set off together and meet nudists, an unwelcome face from the past, a British dog named Bhindi and a number of eligible bachelors along the way. What was meant to be a soul-searching trip for one turns into a life-changing experience for both mother and daughter.
