Fool Me Once

Leah Masters knows she should probably be dead. After she puts Cain Knox's son in the hospital, her days are numbered. Cain gives her a choice instead: die, or come to work for him. The catch is that he gets to control every aspect of her life. She would rather live, so she reluctantly agrees.

Cain never meant to kill the fiery blonde who put his son in his place. The boy had long been a headache, since he did not accept the word no, and when he tried to attack Leah he suffered the consequences. Leah tries to ignore the older man, but Cain is a force to be reckoned with. He takes nothing from anyone, and she respects him for it.

Business soon turns into pleasure. Leah does not expect Cain to react so strongly when he learns she is a virgin, and he tells her that he will certainly be her last. Things are complicated, though, because his son still hates her for what she did. Cain will have to choose between the love of his life and his only son.
