Game Over

Charlie Hamilton, the top defenseman on his college hockey team, is in trouble. His grades have fallen so far that they could cost him his place on the roster. Nothing he does on the ice seems to count against three failing marks: not his speed, which is the best on the team, not his strong plus/minus numbers, and not his careful study of plays. His best friend's sister, Mia, is smart and attractive, and she offers to tutor him. Charlie has wanted her for a long time, but she is strictly off-limits, and spending hours with her puts his self-control and his friendship to the test.

The story also follows three friends as they handle college life, build their hockey careers, and look for love. Along the way, personal problems put their goals at risk.
