Hashtag Holidate

An influencer travels to Legacy, Montana, to sell a fantasy: twelve picture-perfect holiday dates for Christmas, all made for social media. The plan is one career-making brand deal and no drama. Then the videographer drops out, and Maddox Sullivan steps in.

Maddox is a grumpy, gorgeous mountain man with no patience for influencers. He agrees to film the content on one condition, that he stays off camera. When the first date cancels, he ends up in front of the lens anyway, and the chemistry between him and the influencer is instant. Followers become obsessed, and a couple hashtag starts trending.

Soon the other dates keep mysteriously dropping out, and Maddox, however reluctantly, stars in every one: sleigh rides, snowball fights, cocoa by the fire and kisses under the mistletoe. The influencer begins to forget that it was all supposed to be pretend, because what he feels when Maddox looks at him seems real and lasting, and frightening.

He came to Montana for curated content and now finds himself imagining a life he never thought he wanted, with a man he never saw coming. The question is whether he is falling for a polished holiday fantasy or for the beginning of a real happily ever after.
