Her Last Request

When a woman is found dead, DCI Kate Daniels discovers a message the victim concealed at the scene, meant for the senior investigating officer who would take over the case. It is not the kind of evidence Kate expects to find. The note pleads with whoever reads it to find Aaron.

Kate has to work out whether Aaron is a second person in danger or whether he is tied to the killer. Each clue she follows points toward the answer, but the search is a race against time, and she soon finds herself the target of an opponent who has become fixated on her and will stop at nothing to achieve his goal.

The central question is whether Kate can find Aaron before her adversary does.
