Karter

Karter is a little girl who has already faced challenges greater than most. One of them began before she was born, and it changed the course of her life for good. Even so, she is a bright, lovely child who spreads warmth and affection wherever she goes.

With the support of her family, friends, doctors and teachers, she keeps growing and thriving. Her medical path has had its hard stretches, yet it has never come to define who she is. Through doctor visits and surgeries she has never stopped moving, and she refuses to let any of her medical issues knock her princess crown out of place. The story introduces a girl who looks just like any other child while carrying experiences that many people never see.
