Katie

Roger is a public high school teacher in New York City who is growing weary of his job. On the side, he is involved in Manhattan's underground pickup artist scene. A heated argument with Mr. Miller, a man with considerable influence, on a subway car leads Miller to resolve to end Roger's teaching career. Roger, though hesitant, decides to let himself be drawn into a relationship with Katie, Miller's daughter, as a way to strike back. The plan quickly grows more complicated than he expected, since Katie is far from a simple pawn in her father's feud.
