King Colt

Johnny Hendry is an odd sort of lawman for the frontier, since he rejects violence altogether. In his view, a man who lives by the gun will eventually die by it, and probably young. That belief is put to the test when Johnny discovers that Pick, the man who raised him in all but name, has been killed. Pick was shot in the head while riding to file his claim on a gold mine he had been working. With his creed no longer holding him back, Johnny's only purpose becomes tracking down the killer and making him pay dearly for the crime.
