Later Bloom

Aubrey is turning twenty-eight this year. She has never been in a relationship. She's never been anyone's girlfriend, never said I love you, never had a first fight or first of mostly anything. She swears it's not a big deal. No one really believes her. No one seems to agree. She's not sure how she got there, really-maybe it was because of Oliver, or Rami, or Sam, or Simon. Maybe it's her. Maybe spending a year in Nova Scotia helping her aunt manage a creaky old inn might just fix everything. There's only two ways this story can end. Either everything changes, or nothing at all. It's simple. It makes her head spin.
