Legion

Stephen Leeds is a man whose mind has grown crowded with company. He can pick up any skill, trade, or art within a few hours, but to hold all that knowledge his brain generates hallucinated figures he calls aspects. Each one serves as an expert, offering advice, interpretation, and explanation wherever he goes. Stephen rents out this unusual team to solve other people's problems, though the aspects increasingly behave as if they have minds of their own. A corporate client asks him to track down a stolen camera said to photograph the past. The hunt takes him across oceans and into conflict with terrorists, and what he uncovers could shake the foundations of three major world religions. It may also reveal something about the true nature of his aspects.

This collection gathers the novellas Legion and Legion: Skin Deep, printed together for the first time, along with Lies of the Beholder, a new closing chapter of Stephen Leeds' story that has never been published before.
