Life Lessons

A small crab has big aspirations, but the crabs sharing its bucket keep hauling it back every time it tries to climb out of reach. Its struggle mirrors a familiar challenge: chasing a goal when the people nearby seem determined to hold you back.

Through the crab's experience, the story shows that obstacles can be overcome and that reaching your own goals can go hand in hand with helping others reach theirs. It also considers the many choices and decisions people face while growing up, and suggests that when those around us care only about their own gain, we can end up dragged down. The message is to keep going despite others' opinions and comments, and to become someone who encourages others on their way to success.
