Like Me

Career day has come around again, and Zoey has long been told she is a natural leader in her classroom, yet she isn't sure what kind of leader she could grow into. She finds it hard to imagine herself in a role when no one around her seems to fit that picture. With a friend's help, she begins to notice the leaders already working throughout her own community, and she also learns about several pioneers who opened the way before her.

Like Me: Leaders is the second book in the Like Me series. Its message is that children are surrounded by leaders who have a real effect on their daily lives, often in places they walk past every day.
