Midnight Munch

Night falls over the African plains, the children are asleep, and a small, unruly bush baby named Kesi is just getting started. She ignores the rules she is supposed to follow and slips out across the savanna in search of a midnight snack, all while trying to stay one step ahead of an ogre named Tundu. This story borrows its shape from a well-known tale about a mischievous rabbit, but it moves the action to Kenya and gives the mischief a nocturnal, wildlife-filled setting.
