Norman

Who would not love the dog named Norman, the hero of our story! A pedigree beagle was sold and bought then decided he wanted to live free. Norman captured the hearts of those who live and work near Sonoma, CA. He made friends with the neighbors in Boyes Hot Springs, frequently crossed Highway 12, and then met a woman who was endeared to saving him and called in the experts to rescue him. Not wanting to be caught, his distrust of the human race was profound. Through love and perseverance, he was finally found and sent to be rehabilitated at Dogwood Rescue Project in Sebastopol, CA. An early reader, 7000 words, ten chapters, 100 page novel will capture your heart as Norman’s escapades are told through his voice and the voice of the author/illustrator.
