One More Step

Twenty-six writers each received the identical opening sentence and were free to take it wherever they liked. The result is a collection in which every tale follows its own path, and no two stories share characters or plot. The only link between them is that shared first line.

The contributors were all featured in The Bookworm Box charity during 2019, and each donated their story for this anthology. Every penny of profit from the book goes to the charities that The Bookworm Box supports, funded by its readers.
