Drawing on all three, the author offers a streamlined framework for anyone who wants to reach personal or professional targets.

The method is built to help readers carry out strategy and make the move from planning to action. It also works as a practical tool for applying what they have picked up from other self-help and management books, turning those ideas into concrete steps.

The author created OrkZen and credits it with his own accomplishments to date. He also used the method to plan and produce the book itself.
