Other Man

Ved Mehra is the heir to his father's business empire in Mumbai. He has wealth, striking looks, and social standing, yet he lives as a closeted gay man. At thirty-eight, lonely and still recovering from a breakup, he gives in to his mother's mounting frustration and agrees to an arranged marriage with Disha Kapoor. By every measure she is lovely, but Ved sees little hope for the future they would share.

Then Carlos Silva, an American in India on a business trip, crosses his path. As the wedding plans move forward, Ved finds himself caught up in a connection he never expected, and he begins to consider a daring step toward the truth about himself. He wants to live openly and say what he feels, even though his family and their deeply rooted customs pull him in the opposite direction.

With the engagement party only days away and a great deal at stake, Ved must decide whether it is still possible to claim the life he wants. This is a romantic comedy about finding contentment on one's own terms.
