Peter o' Meter

Everyone gets worked up now and then, and it turns out robots do too. In this book, Peter O'Meter is a young robot whose emotions flare whenever someone presses his buttons. Just as his newly upgraded emotion panel needs calibrating, the reader is asked to help Peter figure out what he is feeling in a world that blends old-fashioned and futuristic design.

You can read the book as a regular print edition, or add an augmented reality layer by opening it with the Quiver app on a phone or iPad. With the app, the illustrations come alive with animation. The story also becomes interactive when Peter turns to the reader for guidance, so the reader takes part in the story rather than only following it.
