Pierce Her

Charlie Ravenel is a bodyguard, and her assignment is to keep an eye on Daniel Pierce, a British actor everyone seems to want, and to make sure his younger co-star stays safe. On screen Pierce is the romantic lead who tempts Charlie along with millions of viewers, and she is one of the few who senses that he is concealing something. He is a man who usually gets what he wants, and Charlie is prepared to risk her life to do her job.

Charlie has spent six years waiting for love while carrying her scars, old bullet wounds, and an inner struggle she keeps hidden. Now Pierce has turned his attention to her, and she has to protect herself from him. Getting involved with a client would be forbidden, and it could be the most tempting and possibly final mistake of her life.

This sensual romance is the first book in the Come for Me series. It introduces Charlie, a strong-willed heroine who falls for the man Hollywood considers its most desirable, and the story blends a slow-building romance with a suspenseful protection plot.
