Working a dull 9 to 5 office job was never in Elijah Gillinghall's life plan. So when a strange shimmering catches his eye in a nearby bush, and teleports him to another world where citizens can move through walls like ghosts, he fears for his life. Through some luck, and determination, Elijah meets a band of rebels who give him an introduction to this new world, whilst teaching him of their ways. Will Elijah manage to out-manoeuvre the Government in control of this strange world, the oppressive Peoples Union Party, or will Elijah end up regretting his decision on that otherwise normal day?Great read for fans of “The Long Earth”, or other sci-fi action titles.
