Queerly Beloved

Ved Mehra, a Mumbai industrialist, has found the love of his life in Carlos Silva, an American who works in the city. After three years of living together, they are ready for the next step: a big fat Indian wedding.

But as Ved shares the news and starts planning, life pulls him in every direction. His divorced mother is happily smitten with a younger man who keeps pulling out all the stops. A long-buried secret from his father's past resurfaces. And his ex-boyfriend Akshay returns, wanting a place in Ved's life.

With everyone around him demanding their own happy ending, Ved has to wonder whether things will finally work out for him. Told with humour and warmth, Queerly Beloved is a lively romcom about love in all its messy, complicated forms.
