Rabbs' Tree Frog

The term endling refers to the last surviving member of a species that has died out. This book follows the final known Rabbs' tree frog and traces how its species came to extinction.

Young readers also meet the scientists who cared for and studied the frog, and learn what people can do to protect wildlife. Sidebars describe other animals that are also close to disappearing.

The book includes a table of contents, a glossary of key terms, an index, and a note about the author.
