Red Rabbit

Red Rabbit is a folk horror tale set on the American frontier. Sadie Grace has been accused of witchcraft, and a bounty will be paid for her whether she is brought in alive or as a corpse. Every hired gun in Kansas is chasing that reward, including the witch hunter Old Tom and his silent ward, Rabbit.

On the way to Burden County, the pair picks up two drifting cowboys who crave excitement but have no real purpose, as well as a schoolteacher, recently widowed, who has nothing left to lose. As the group grows, so does the peril.

Crossing drought-stricken plains in a commandeered red stagecoach, the travelers meet creatures more monstrous than any witch along the dusty trail. They are determined to catch her, even if it kills them. The result is a supernatural adventure shaped by luck and misfortune.
