Remember Why You Started

If I had a penny for all the times I have started another blog,fitness regime,new hobby,made the decision to never drink again,eat cleaner or launch and a business,I reckon I'd have at least a pound. If you're going to succeed in anything,you need to have a clear picture of where you want to be. What is often over looked is that it's of equal importance to have as clear a picture about where you don't want to be. I reckon if I had written down, as accurately as I could remember, an account of all the really dumb stuff I've done when drunk, I would have given up drinking,well, at least given up drinking spirits,on a school night,sometimes,unless it's Christmas,or my birthday,or someone else's birthday,a long time ago.
