Resident Evil

Conquer Everything You Fear With the Official Strategy Guide! Resident Evil Veronica X , now for Nintendo GameCube, takes place in an isolated prison on a desolate island. This game marks the third conversion of the Resident Evil series to become available for the Nintendo GameCube (joining RE2 and RE3). Gamers play as Claire Redfield from Resident Evil 2. After barely surviving the horrific onslaught in Raccoon City, Claire now seeks clues to find her missing brother, Chris. Flesh-eating zombies, ghastly beasts and even stranger mutations haunt players' every move as they battle these enemies and bosses, solve puzzles and more. One of the features that makes this game different from the previous RE games is the Real World System (R.W.S.), allowing for added realism and increased character interaction. The game also features an accessible map system so that item boxes and typewriters found by the player are marked on the map and not forgotten. Not Final Cover.
