Return to Sender

Oliver and his mom have been through a lot, and they finally have a place to call home. The fresh start comes with a catch, though. Oliver now attends a fancy private school where his classmates arrive by helicopter, show off the latest and priciest sneakers, and talk about their luxury vacations. He is there only because his mom works as the school custodian, and he feels like he doesn't belong.

Oliver wishes life could be easier. When he slips a wish into a mysterious mail slot, it comes true. Pizza for dinner appears, then the rarest sneakers in the world, and soon he can have anything he wants without spending a cent.

Everything Oliver has dreamed of seems within reach. But a warning hangs over the story: be careful what you wish for. Oliver begins to learn that these wishes may not be as free as they looked.
