Ronaldo

This biography centres on Ronaldo, who captains both Al Nassr of the Saudi Pro League and the Portugal national team. Over his career so far he has scored more than 790 goals, and many consider him one of the greatest players the game has seen. He has won trophies both as a forward for Manchester United and as Portugal's captain, which makes him one of football's most recognisable names.

It is one of the new titles in Leapfrog Press's Tales from the Pitch series, which takes a different angle on the usual football biography. The idea is to introduce readers to the players behind the most memorable tackles and goals, and to show what sets each of them apart.

At 120 pages, the book is short and quick to get through, written for readers who want a lively profile without a long commitment.
