Science Fair

Toby Harbinger is an average middle schooler at Hubble Middle School in Maryland, where the annual science fair is about to take place. He has decided that this year he will finally take the top prize. Meanwhile, the ruler of the faraway country of Kprshtskan has hatched a scheme to slip his agents into the fair and use it as a stepping stone to seizing control of the United States government. Complications soon arise for the would-be conquerors, and the ordinary kid who only wants a ribbon finds himself in the middle of it.
