Shadow Hills

Ruskin, Cinder, and Groth return in the second graphic novel of the Dragon Kingdom of Wrenly series. This time they are sent on a royal assignment to Shadow Hills, where the shadow dragons live. The kingdom's most secretive residents are feared by many, who say they are hostile to strangers and cannot be trusted.

Ruskin and his friends find the reality far different from the stories. The young dragons in Shadow Hills are cursed, and they have been placed there by shadowy forces who believe Ruskin is meant to rule all of Wrenly. Those forces are willing to put the whole kingdom in danger to stop him.

As the trouble deepens, Ruskin must work out who is honest and who is deceiving him before it is too late. The story is aimed at young readers who enjoy dragons, quests, and a clear tale of friendship.
