Snail's Ark

A storm is coming, and Esther the snail senses it as soon as she wakes. It is not an ordinary storm but the biggest the world has ever seen, and she sets off for the ark. Her journey is told in lyrical, rhythmic text built around the repeated refrain "hurry hurry," and she meets other animals along the way.

Esther knows that joys, troubles and journeys are better shared, so she finds her friend Solomon. With the help of a small miracle, the two snails find a way to safety. This picture book is a story of friendship and perseverance that highlights community and helping others.
